The training we have is the variable that allows us to either get the most pleasure out of our outdoor day or end it with the dominant feeling of extreme fatigue.
Keeping in mind that health depends to a large extent on the physical activity we perform and that the time everyone can devote to exercise is highly variable and subjective, with a few simple tips we can feel better and arrive more prepared for our appointment.
- Try to walk as much as possible and at a brisk pace.
- Use cars, public transportation, elevator and other mechanized means as little as possible, but choose bicycle and especially to go on foot.
- In the gym, prefer aerobic activities and those that work the legs, especially the quads.
- Do stretching exercises before the walk; it only takes a few minutes and limited space.
- Last but not least, walk in the mountains regularly if you can.
- If you are going to high altitudes, if you can, go at least over 2700 m a few times before the trip.
We will help you choose the experience that is right for you with your training.
