Larke Peak, also known as Larkya Peak, is a lesser-known but stunning peak in the Manaslu region of Nepal. It stands at an altitude of approximately 6,249 meters (20,502 feet) and is located near the famous Larkya La Pass, a high pass that is part of the Manaslu Circuit Trek.

Mustang District, a part of the Dhaulagiri zone, which is known as "Land Beyond Himalayas" is located in the Gandaki Valley of the Himalayan region of western Nepal. Mustang is the land of barley fields, pastures for villages inhabited by people related to the Manages and the northern region (the ancient kingdom of Lo) where the language culture and traditions are almost purely Tibetan.
